Vivianne Swart, MPH, RD, RYT-500 discovered yoga as a prime form of self-care and stress relief during college. She took her love for the practice a step further by becoming a teacher, trained in not just the physical practice, but also the philosophy, history, and energetic meaning of yoga. Vivianne completed the Twisted Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and is excited to bring her knowledge of land yoga into the air! Vivianne sees yoga is a way to journey inward, while working through the resistance we find in our bodies along the way. Vivianne focuses on finding peace in the breath, strength and release in postures, and overall wellness in the practice on and off the mat. She believes in health for mind, body, and soul, which is why she is also a Registered Dietitian, and every so often might tell you a fun fact about one of her cats. Kimberlee discovered yoga in 1998, when her grandmother handed her Robert Hittleman’s 28-Day Yoga Program. However, her practice began in earnest in 2010, when she bought a 60-day pass to a local yoga studio. That 60-day pass became a gateway to a regular practice and planted the seed for her desire to become a yoga teacher and she earned her 500 hour certification in 2015. In her off-the-mat life, Kimberlee is a freelance writer and she merges her two passions by using storytelling to illustrate how yoga works in real life. Her mission is to guide people to their deepest truths and empower students to tap into their inner and outer strength — on their mats and in the world
