Kimberlee discovered yoga in 1998, when her grandmother handed her Robert Hittleman’s 28-Day Yoga Program. However, her practice began in earnest in 2010, when she bought a 60-day pass to a local yoga studio. That 60-day pass became a gateway to a regular practice and planted the seed for her desire to become a yoga teacher and she earned her 500 hour certification in 2015. In her off-the-mat life, Kimberlee is a freelance writer and she merges her two passions by using storytelling to illustrate how yoga works in real life. Her mission is to guide people to their deepest truths and empower students to tap into their inner and outer strength — on their mats and in the world.
