Yoga is a continuous practice, a constant, in learning how to shift from living in tension to living intentionally.

Yoga becomes a portal of change, inviting a way of being that is resilient and fluid, an opportunity to develop positive relational energy that touches the hearts and minds of those you encounter beyond your mat.

In this class you will go on a journey to:

-Explore various Yoga posture, experience a fascial unwinding, a release and reorganization in your tissues.

-Remain Centered in Yoga Mindfulness, a practice liberation from limiting patterned attitudes that have become embedded in your neurophsiology.

-Discussion, How the Self had been conditioned & the emancipated bodymind.

– Learn 4 different exercises, practice them, explore, & return to a discussion to share findings, discoveries, and realizations.
